Onboarding
End to end onboarding that is tailored to each employee.
An employee specific, automated onboarding workflow that validates employee data and integrates with employer HR or Payroll Solutions. Employees are given a unique onboarding experience based on their role, job type, EBA or location and shown only the benefits or forms that apply to them. This includes personal information, payroll information, super nominations and effectively presents the company benefits while still being 'Stapling' compliant.

Onboarding solution is completely modular for each underlying employer. If they have another system that captures certain sections of the onboarding data points, these overlapping components can be switched off to not override existing systems or processes.

Different employee groups can be assigned different employee user journeys with different data points or deliverables. This ensures that only relevant information is provided to and captured from each employee.

This Employee Self Service portal is a destination for employees to review company benefits or employer funded insurance, the benefits they are members of, access wellbeing content and lodge change fund or salary sacrifice requests for payroll. Employees can access using Azure AD or SSO and employers can add bespoke content or run benefit related campaigns for employees to take action.

Links to globally deployed benefits platform to show company plan specifics, brochures etc. do need to be maintained. Captures & consolidates all employee requests for changing Funds or additional contribution requests for payroll action.

Employees have a centralised destination that shows all company benefits, the actual benefits they are enrolled into, learning and wellbeing content and employer driven content for benefit related initiatives.
